Milford police responded to the parking lot of the mall at 1201 Boston Post Road on a report of a car accident at 12:45 a.m. Monday, July 10.
An investigation of the accident led to the arrest of Georgio Marks of 3651 Main St., Bridgeport, who was found with a woman who has a full no-contact protective order against him, police said.
He was charged with violation of a protective order and released on a promise to appear in court July 10.
