Sgt. Pasquale Feola, of Fairfield, a 12-year veteran of the force, was accused by a woman identified as Jane Doe of trading sex with her for not reporting an accident she caused while drunk in August 2013, the Connecticut Post reported.

Jane Doe, who is suing for damages, said in the court filing that she had told the officer that she had been drunk when she struck another vehicle on Fairfield Avenue, and that she’d already been arrested for DWI twice and didn't want to go to jail, the Connecticut Post said.

Feola, a decorated former K-9 officer, never created a report about the crash or informed dispatchers that he had responded to the incident, according to the Connecticut Post. He is currently under investigation by Fairfield police, the paper said.
