Thomas Richard Lombard, 60, Of Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Thomas Richard Lombard, 60, of Bridgeport, died unexpectedly Saturday, April 25, at Bridgeport Hospital.

Born in Bridgeport, he was the son of the late Richard and Margaret (Peggy) Judge Lombard. Lombard was a plumber with Bryant Electric for 15 years and then went to work for the city of Bridgeport for the last 15 years. He was vice president of the Bryant Electric Union, loved fishing, hunting and collecting old cars, especially Chevys. He loved animals and enjoyed his cat, Zorro, and his beloved dog, Mr. Bill, who unfortunately passed away the same day he did.

Survivors include his brother, John Lombard and his wife, Kathy, of Stratford, Conn.; a sister, Linda Lombard and Bruce LeMoine of Seymour, Conn.; one nephew; one aunt; and several cousins.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend graveside services Friday, May 1, at 1 p.m. in St. Michael's Cemetery, 2205 Stratford Ave., Stratford, with Father Bruce Roby, officiating. Please enter the Main Cemetery entrance on Stratford Avenue and follow the Dennis & D'Arcy directional sign to the gravesite.
