BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Jaroslaw (Jerry) Shumyhora, 89, of Bridgeport, husband of Luba (Datkun) Shumyhora, died Thursday, April 2 at Bridgeport Hospital.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Pistey Funeral Home, 2155 Main St., Stratford. Panikhida will be at 5 p.m. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m Wednesday at the funeral home and at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Protection of the BVM Ukrainian Catholic Church with the Rev. Ivan Mazuryk officiating. Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery, Stratford.
