She was born April 13, 1920, in Bridgeport, to Ralph and Rose Manjoney Malafronte.
Survivors include one daughter, Marilyn (John) Reilly of Derby; and one son, Thomas (Nina) Merola of Stratford.
In addition to her parents, her husband, Thomas Merola; and two sisters, Adelaide Tenney and Rose Filakovsky, preceded her in death.
Calling hours will be 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 6, at the Smith Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home. Deacon R. Sennett will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Lakeview Cemetery, 885 Boston Ave., Bridgeport.
