All six numbers must match to win the jackpot. The first five can be in any order, however, the sixth must be the Powerball number of No. 13.

People have lined up across Fairfield County, the state and beyond to buy tickets in hopes of winning the huge jackpot.  

If there are no jackpot winners again, the jackpot will rise to $1.3 billion for Wednesday's drawing, the Multi-State Lottery Association announced.
