BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- State Sen. Tony Hwang welcomed St. Vincent’s Medical Center President and CEO Stuart G. Marcus to the State Capitol during “Hospital Day” on Wednesday, April 27.

The event was sponsored by the Connecticut Hospital Association.

Hwang, who recently endorsed a Republican state plan which restores the governor’s proposed funding cuts to hospitals, pledged to continue to be a strong advocate for Connecticut hospitals and the services they provide to the state’s most vulnerable residents.

Hwang represents Fairfield, Easton, Weston, Newtown and Westport.
