Naked Man Riding Atop Car Slows Traffic On I-95 During Rush Hour

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — The sight of a naked man atop a car caused traffic jams during Tuesday morning's rush hour on I-95 in West Haven, according to NBC Connecticut.

Police blocked off the southbound lanes between Exits 42 and 41 to take the man into custody, NBC said. The man was taken to an area hospital and is not facing charges, NBC reported.
