Why Go: The seasonal new American cuisine sourced from, as much as possible, local and organic products. Ice cream, dear reader, is made from scratch on a daily basis. So are the sauces, stocks and breads. But, first... brunch...where you'll find you'll soon be captivated by the Lobster Eggs Benedict, the Huevos Ranchero, the housemade pancakes, cinnamon French Toast and the Lump Crab Benedict.
Worth Waking Up For: The many inventive Bloody Mary options including The Pickled Mary, housemade Bloody Mary mix, Tito’s vodka, pickled house veggies, The Bacon Mary, with bacon and crispy pork belly, The Baltimore Bloody with the addition of Old Bay shrimp, the Thai Bloody with housemade Sirachi Bloody Mary mix, green onion, sweet chili shrimp and the Olio Signature Bloody Mary with pretty much all of the above: picked house veggies, bacon, crispy pork belly and sweet chili shrimp. And we didn't even mention (yet) the unlimited mimosas!
When: Sunday's 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations strongly suggested.
Prix Fixe? No. Menu items priced individually.
