Fairfield County Communities Rate High Among CT's Best Places To Live

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Several communities around Fairfield County were ranked among the best places to live in Connecticut by community analysis website Niche.

Niche compiled data across dozens of metrics including Higher Education Rate, Cost of Living Diversity, Crime and Safety, Jobs and Nightlife. The company then distilled these metrics into letter grades.

New Canaan was the highest rated municipality in Fairfield County and placed behind only Simsbury throughout the state. It received an overall grade of A+ and recieved A+ grades for Public Schools and Family Friendliness.
