Get out of the cold and come in for a musical experience you won't want to miss. Eckehard Stier, International Guest Conductor will debut with the Stamford Symphony. Stamford Symphony's very own vibrant principal cellist, Caroline Stinson will perform Schumann's Cello Concerto in A minor.

The Symphony's music director, Eckart Preu describes the program as one that will "...enlighten all the senses with drama written by Shostakovich, romanticism by Schumann, two interesting and eclectic 20th century composers, Kernis and Perkinson, closing out the performance with Mozart Symphony No. 39".
