Joseph's Steakhouse, Bridgeport
What Makes It A Cut Above: What doesn't? According to Owner Joseph Kustra who opened his restaurant in 2000, Joseph's is very special because he buys prime beef and pays special attention to every detail.
"I used to work at Peter Luger's," he said. "I'm best at buying the best quality of meat. People (say they) don't want to come to Bridgeport but they come here. I have a full house most of the time. We have something very special."
