BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Sports enthusiasts will have the chance to "Stump the Schwab" for charity at Marissa's Ristorante on Tuesday, Nov. 16.
Former ESPN sports trivia expert Howie Schwab will attempt to stump teams of five members with sports-related trivia until only two remain. Those two teams will compete in a final showdown with Schwab.
Registration and cocktails begin at 5:30 p.m. with dinner to follow. The game will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Team entry is $600 per team, and each team can purchase one mulligan per team for $100.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Cardinal Shehan Center and McGivney Community Center in Bridgeport. The first and second place teams will win prizes.
