Greater Bridgeport Symphony Welcomes New Musical Director With Gala

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – The Greater Bridgeport Symphony will welcome its new music director/conductor Eric Jacobsen with a gala event Sept. 5.

The gala "Conducting Us Into the Future," will be held at the Patterson Club in Fairfield.

Tickets are $125 per person. All proceeds benefit the Greater Bridgeport Symphony.

The 2014-2015 season will mark the 69th for the Symphony, and the first under the direction of Jacobsen.
