Bridgeport Gallery Exhibiting 'Shot In The Dark' Images

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- The Armstrong Gallery in Bridgeport will feature a solo photography exhibit Thursday called "Shot in the Dark."

Photographer Katie Settel reveals her "guts and perseverance" in the featured images, taken by her gaining access to venues most of us could only imagine.

There are photographs of low light concerts and ones Settel took after knocking on doors, writing letters that took hours to compose and dialing mystery phone numbers to see where she'd be led.

The exhibit is from 6-8 p.m. at the gallery, 305 Knowlton St., Bridgeport.
