Café 1000 Celebrates Grand Opening in Bridgeport

New Café from David’s Soundview Catering – one of Fairfield County’s Top Caterers

The Bridgeport Chamber of Commerce,  an affiliate of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, will join Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch for a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting on Wednesday February 12th at 11:30 am to welcome Café 1000 to Bridgeport.

David’s Soundview Catering, based in Stamford, will open its first outpost outside of lower Fairfield County with the opening of Café 1000. Located at 1000 Lafayette Boulevard in Bridgeport, the newly renovated Café 1000 will be open for breakfast, lunch, private parties and catering.   President and Head Chef Extraordinaire, David Cingari is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and is devoted to providing amazing culinary experiences for their customers using fresh ingredients and top-notch presentation. The Grand Opening is open to the general public and special guests in addition to Mayor Finch include Paul Timpanelli, President and CEO of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council and Sam Cingari, Owner of Shoprite Supermarkets.  To celebrate the event, guests will be able to enjoy a sampling of the Café’s culinary offerings.
