At 11:23 p.m., officers observed a white Honda traveling west on Route 46 that failed to maintain its lane of travel, Mount Olive police said. A traffic stop was initiated and as offices spoke to the driver, Mariann Galuska, they noticed she appeared to be impaired and detected the odor of alcohol, police said.
Following field sobriety testing, Galuska was placed under arrest, police said. At police headquarters, she refused to submit to chemical breath testing, police said.
She is charged with DWI, reckless driving and refusal to submit to chemical breath testing, police said.
