One person was stabbed to death at a Wendy’s in Island Park, and the other was killed in Valley Stream, according to WABC.
Nassau County Police released a short alert on the incidents, which read in its entirety: “The Homicide Squad reports two active investigations into incidents that occurred on Thursday, April 30, 2026, and Friday, May 1, 2026, in Island Park and Valley Stream. There is one suspect in custody who is involved in both incidents. The investigation is ongoing.”
Cops also classified the incident as “Homicide” in the announcement.
The suspect knew both victims, sources told WPIX. No additional information was released.
