The fire occurred at 51 Green Grove Ave., the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office said.
"Due to a structure fire, residents are asked to avoid the area of Green Grove Avenue and Maple Place until further notice to allow emergency responders to safely do their job," the Borough of Keyport said.
The fire remains under investigation, authorities said.
