Franchise owners Fran McCormack and Paul Brault also operate five Jersey Mike’s locations in Connecticut.

“It was a natural next step to bring BIRDCODE to Plainville,” BIRDCODE co-founder Brandi Killoran said. “Fran and Paul have built real roots in this community through their other local businesses, and that kind of local investment is exactly the kind of partnership we look for as we grow across Connecticut and beyond.”

BIRDCODE also has locations in Brookfield, Cheshire, Darien, New Britain, Vernon, and West Hartford.
