Oil Truck Driver Pinned Under Truck Severely Injured At Hudson Valley An oil delivery truck driver pinned under his truck when it rolled over him at a Hudson Valley home was critically injured. The incident occurred in Rockland County on Thursday, Oct. 31, around 9:30 a.m. near 88 Buckingham Court, in Pomona. According to Haverstraw Police Chief John Gould, the truck driver was found conscious but had sustained multiple injuries. The Fire Department and EMS arrived on the scene and extricated the driver. Spring Valley Shooter Nabbed With Help From FBI, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been taken into custody in connection with a shooting on a city street. The incident occurred in Rockland County on Saturday, Oct. 26, at 5:50 a.m. on South Main Street in Spring Valley. According to Det. Matt Galli of the Spring Valley Police officers located an injured victim who was bleeding on the sidewalk.  The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was treated for a gunshot wound. Owens, age 44, of Hyde Park, was arrested on Monday, Oct. 28, for animal cruelty in connection with the death of a dog on Tuesday, Sept. 3. According to Capt.
