A Mercer County fugitive was accused of having bags of cocaine after he was shot in Atlantic City near Boardwalk Hall, authorities said. Luis Mateo, 41, of Ewing, was arrested on Sunday, May 12, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Tuesday, May 14. A Monmouth County youth soccer coach has been accused of molesting two of his players and sending sexual pictures to several others, authorities said. Ryan Gunsauls, 32, of Union Beach, was arrested in Hazlet on Friday, May 11, The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office announced his arrest in a news release issued Tuesday, May 14. Investigators said one boy told police earlier in May that Gunsauls had been sending him "sexually explicit materials" and asking for them on social media. Pair Seriously Hurt In Motorcycle Crash In South Jersey: Police
A pair of people riding a motorcycle were severely hurt when they collided with an SUV in Camden County, authorities said. They were riding west on Woodbury Turnersville Road in Gloucester Township at about 11 p.m. on Monday, May 13 when the SUV tried to turn left, Gloucester Township police said. Both riders were thrown off the motorcycle, police said. They were brought to Cooper Hospital Trauma.
