A shooter has been charged with murder nearly three years after a 20-year-old was found shot to death in Edgewood, the Harford County Sheriff's Office announced on Friday. Journay George Tucker, 46, has been indicted in connection to the June 2021 murder of Jarmil Christopher Stewart, who was shot in the 6200 block of Edgewood Road in what is believed to be a targeted attack. A 55-year-old man was killed - while possibly trying to extinguish - an attic fire that broke out in a Cecil County home on Friday morning, according to the Maryland Fire Marshal. Jeffrey Scot Jackson has been preliminarily identified by fire investigators as the person who was pulled from a Cooper Street home by members of the Community Fire Company of Rising Sun.
