Fairfax Rapist Arrested Year Later, Police Say A 30-year-old man has been arrested in a Northern Virginia rape nearly a year after the incident, police said. Kwabena Yeboah, of Bristow, is accused of sexually assaulting a woman he met on June 15, 2023, police in Fairfax said. Yeboah was arrested and charged with rape on June 10, 2024, and held in the Fairfax County Jail.
