Man Who Disappeared In Broad Daylight In 2018 State police are seeking tips in the case of Travis Fanning.  Fanning was 30 years old when he disappeared in Hazle Township on Nov. 15, 2018, according to troopers.  His father last saw him around noon after dropping him off at the Groceries Plus at 1003 Vine Street, police said. Driver Wanted For Killing Pedestrian, Fleeing Scene In Northeast Philly: Authorities City police are looking for the driver in a deadly Philadelphia hit-and-run.  Authorities said the car hit a pedestrian on the 1800 block of East Torresdale Avenue just before midnight on May 29.
