After a bout with wintry weather, the mid-Atlantic is in for a warmer, wetter week.
According to the National Weather Service, Monday night, Jan. 22 is expected to be cold with temps in the mid-20s. Tuesday will be much milder with a high just above 40, and mostly cloudy.

Warmer days are coming, but not before another bout of wintry weather, forecasters say.
Sunday night, Jan. 21 will be frigid with temps in the mid-teens while Monday, Jan. 22 will be sunny with increasing clouds and a high in the mid-30s, the according to the National Weather Service.
Monday night will be dry with a low around 27, however, a wintry mix is expected to arrive Tuesday, Jan. 23, with sleet possible in the morning in Sussex, Warren, Bergen, and Passaic counties — primarily north of Route 78, the NWS said. Temps will be in the mid-30s.

The National Weather Service has released snow totals from the latest winter storm.
In New Jersey, the most amount of snow from the Friday, Jan. 19 storm appears to have fallen in Hopewell Township (Cumberland County) and Mount Royal (Gloucester County), where 6.5 inches of snow were reported.
Atlantic County: Dorothy, a section of Weymouth, got 6.4 inches, the most amount of snow across Atlantic County. Six inches fell in Atlantic City, 5.6 in Mullica Township, 5.5 in Mays Landing, and on average, between 2 and 6 inches across the county.

Officials are advising residents across southeastern and central Pennsylvania to take caution ahead of the snowstorm predicted for Friday, Jan. 19, according to National Weather Service meteorologists.
