A three-story 70,000 square foot 80 unit building is being proposed on five acres near Phillips Hill Road. There will be 64 one bedroom units and 16 two bedroom units, according to documents submitted to the Clarkstown Planning Board. The project is currently being reviewed by the planning board. The Applebaum family, which is behind the proposal, is also proposing a complex for people 55 years and older on the Buckley Farms property across the street.
