Norristown Teacher Asked To Kiss 13-Year-Old Student Before D.C. Field Trip: Police
A former Pennsylvania middle school teacher who asked to kiss a 13-year-old student before a Washington, D.C. field trip will serve time behind bars, officials announced on Monday, April 6.
John Richards, 57, of Newtown Square, was sentenced to nine to 23 months in prison, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele explained.
