On Thursday, May 4, 2023, Jeffrey Finlay called police to his home on Mantoloking Road, asking them to help remove an excessive number of animals from his residence, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said. A 42-year-old West New York man was sentenced to 18 years in jail on Friday, Aug. 2, after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a woman at Newark Airport last year, authorities said.
