The DMV region is bracing for another round of wintry weather that could blanket the area with snow as storms roll in. Winter weather advisories have been issued throughout the area, beginning at around 4 a.m. through 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 19, as several inches of snow are expected to accumulate in some areas, with upwards of four inches in some DC suburbs. A stretch of dry, seasonable weather will be coming to an end as a storm system bringing rain to most of the region and snowfall to interior locations moves through the Northeast. The time frame for the storm is Friday night, Jan. 15 into Saturday, Jan. 16.
