On his way from Baltimore to a hotel in Westminster, a rideshare driver with the 42-year-old in the backseat was stopped by members of the Carroll County Sheriff's Office. The driver was cited, but it was his passenger who deputies walked away with. Deputies on patrol on Wednesday afternoon stopped a 2019 Ford Fusion that failed to make a lane change while approaching an active work zone on Baltimore Boulevard in Finksburg.
