A woman wearing knee-high stiletto heels punched and kicked officers during a traffic stop in Pennsylvania, police announced on Monday, Oct. 19.
Casandra Lee Smith, 37, of Lancaster, was stopped at Lititz Pike and York Road in Manheim Township on Saturday, Oct. 10, according to Manheim Township police.
Smith repeatedly tried to get out of the vehicle despite instructions to stay inside and was eventually detained in handcuffs, police said.
