A man accused of murdering a 25-year-old Connecticut man in April 2023 has been apprehended, according to authorities. Bridgeport Police announced that on Monday, June 12, Andre Johnson was arrested for the murder of 25-year-old Aaron Hunt. A Fairfield County man has been charged with the alleged sexual assault of a minor following an investigation. The incident began in Norwalk in March when the department's Special Victims Unit began investigating the sexual assault of a juvenile, said Lt. Terrence Blake, of the Norwalk Police. Police are asking the public for help in locating a man wanted in connection with a bank robbery. Richard Herbert, 61, of Bridgeport, is wanted by the Bridgeport Police and U.S. Marshals Service Violent Fugitive Task Force for an outstanding warrant for a bank robbery that occurred in Bridgeport, said Terron Jones, spokesman for the Bridgeport Police Department.
