Member Of The U.S. House Of Representatives Threatened By York County Man: DOJ A Pennsylvania man is facing federal charges for threatening a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced on Friday, Sept. 12. Troy Lamont Rishell, 48, York, was charged by criminal information after investigators say he left a series of threatening voicemails for the Representative between Feb. 28 and May 20, 2025.
