New Traffic Pattern Coming To Easton Streets Easton area drivers are getting a heads up about a new traffic pattern starting next week.  Church Street between Wood Avenue and North 7th Street will reverse direction and become a westbound one-way, according to officials.  Meanwhile, Wood Avenue between North 8th Street and Northampton Street will reverse to become an eastbound one-way.  The changes go into effect on Wednesday, May 1.

Starting on Monday, Sept. 18, and lasting until Friday, Sept. 22, both directions of the Loop Parkway will be closed in Hempstead, according to the New York State Department of Transportation. The closures, which are planned for the hours of 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. and are weather-permitting, are to facilitate the steel deck replacement project on the drawbridge over Long Creek. New Traffic Pattern To Begin On Southbound I-95 At Fort McHenry Tunnel Drivers should expect a new traffic pattern at the Fort McHenry Tunnel starting over the weekend, reports WBAL. Beginning Sunday, Jan. 15, there will be two highway-speed lanes and two standard toll plaza lanes on southbound I-95. Southbound tolls will be collected by a new overhead electronic toll gantry, the outlet continues. The two left lanes will use the left lane of the tunnel and those using the Exit 55/Key Highway lanes should use the right tube of the tunnel.
