A 76-year-old Pennsylvania man who died after his electric bike collided with a vehicle on the Fourth of July was killed by multiple blunt force injuries, officials confirmed. Thomas C. Hess was riding a pedal-assist e-bike near Schantz Road and Cetronia Road in Upper Macungie Township when he collided with a vehicle around 11:15 a.m. on Friday, July 4, investigators said.
