Suspicious Death Of 36-Year-Old Woman In Stamford Under Investigation Stamford police are investigating the suspicious death of a 36-year-old woman and have arrested a man for withholding medical treatment. Hector Lopez, 42, was arrested Tuesday in connection with the woman’s death at the Southwood Square apartment complex, Stamford Police said.  The identity of the female is not being released pending notification of next of kin, police added. 'Suspicious Incident' Under Investigation After Body Found In Fairfield County The body of a woman found covered in blood is being considered a "suspicious incident" by Bridgeport Police. The woman, who was found around 3 p.m. Monday in a two-story duplex on Pearl Harbor Street, according to News 12.  Officials said family members discovered her lying in a pool of blood, News12 said. Police consider the death "suspicious" due to the evidence at the home which suggest a struggle and signs of trauma. An autopsy was scheduled for Tuesday, News12 said.
