90 Burglaries, 230 Charges: Serial NJ Burglar Busted, Brick Police Say A Berkeley Township man has been arrested and hit with more than 200 charges after committing more than 90 burglaries in Monmouth and Ocean counties, authorities said. Between December 2024 and January 2025, officers investigated 40 burglaries committed at the CubeSmart storage facility off Route 70, Brick Township police said. The suspect, later identified as Craig Orler, cut through a fence and used bolt cutters to access the storage unit, police said. Drone photos by Dan Robinson show flames ripping across the roof of the building at 663 Shunpike Road in Middle Township as of 9:30 a.m. Robinson says the facility has approximately 50 units. One of the suspects, Daniel James Brown, has been arrested, authorities announced on Wednesday, Jan. 15. Daniel James Brown, 25, was taken into custody after the Lower Allen Township Police served a warrant for his arrest on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2024, according to police records. 2 Arrested With 'Absurd Amount' Of Weed In Exton Drug Bust: DA Two men were charged for possession of an "absurd amount" of marijuana during a drug bust in Chester County, the District Attorney's Office said in a Friday, Nov. 15 news release. Christian Sholly, 32, and Josiah Silva, 23, both of Exton, were arrested on drug charges after authorities made simultaneous busts at their individual residents in the 400 block of Henley Drive on Friday, Oct. 4, according to the district attorney's office. Seen These? $17K Worth Of Artwork Stolen From Long Island Storage Unit Police are asking for the community’s help after thousands of dollars' worth of artwork was stolen from a storage unit on Long Island. Suffolk County Police said the paintings, valued at approximately $17,000, were taken from Life Storage, located on Mariner Drive in North Sea, sometime between Friday, Jan. 26 and Wednesday, May 29. Crime Stoppers of Suffolk County is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.  Anonymous tips can be called in to 1-800-220-TIPS or provided on the organization’s website.

Laundrie Flew Home To Florida Before Returning To Utah To Rejoin Gabby Petito, Attorney Says A lawyer for the Laundrie family is now saying that 23-year-old Brian Laundrie flew home to Florida during his road trip with late fiancée Gabby Petito before joining her once again.  Insider reported that Attorney Steven Bertolino said Laundrie flew from Salt Lake City, Utah, to Tampa on Friday, Aug. 17. Bertolino reportedly said Laundrie went to retrieve items and "empty and close" a storage unit.  Bertolino said Laundrie did this to save money as the couple considered extending their cross-country road trip.
