The incident happened around 8 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 23, at the Sycamore Crest Apartments in Spring Valley, according to the Spring Hill Ambulance Corps.  What was first reported as a structure fire was later determined to have been caused by an ignited oxygen tank. Earnest Baer Martin, 81, of Lititz, allegedly approached the woman at Legend of Lititz on the 80 block of W. Millport Road, where both were staying, according to Northern Lancaster County Regional Police.
