At 2:59 p.m., officers were at 100 Main St. when they saw a FedEx delivery truck crashed into a utility pole, Hackettstown police said. A 1993 Ford Ranger heading north on Route 15 crossed over the cener line and struck a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu head-on around 8 p.m. Saturday, July 19, Virginia State Police said.
