Nearly two months after a Maryland man vanished, investigators are preparing to descend on the St. Mary's County neighborhood where he was last seen in hopes of finding answers about his disappearance.
Thomas Campbell Bolling Von Goetz, 58, has been missing since Sunday, Aug. 16, when he was last spotted walking near Maycroft Road in Avenue, according to the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office.

13-Year-Old Girl Vanishes Before Dawn In Roosevelt
A Long Island teenager vanished in the dead of night, sparking an urgent search by Nassau County Police.
Thirteen-year-old Nelly Teas-Torres was last seen around 3:55 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29, in Roosevelt. She was reported missing just a few hours later, at 6:50 a.m.
She was last seen walking alone before daybreak, police said. A possible destination was not given.
Teas-Torres is described as 5-foot-9, about 150 pounds, with brown eyes and long, straight black hair. She was last seen wearing plaid pajama pants, a black sweatshirt, and a dark backpack carrying an orange stuffed animal.
