Paving Project Rescheduled For Busy Irvington Road There will be road closures and limited vehicular access to certain areas in Irvington for several days as DPW crews undergo a road resurfacing project in the area. East Sunnyside Lane was originally scheduled for milling and paving work on Monday, Oct. 8 and Tuesday, Oct. 9. However, paving operations have been rescheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 10 due to weather.  While crews are performing the project, only local traffic will be permitted on East Sunnyside Lane. Fatal Shooting Victim In Westchester Manhunt ID'd The woman shot and killed Tuesday setting off a huge manhunt that caused a lockout at six school districts in Westchester has been identified. The woman, Jessica Wiltse of Tarrytown, was found alive with multiple gunshot wounds around 7 a.m. Tuesday at the Sleepy Gardens apartment complex on Route 119.
