Tenafly firefighters extricated Aron Yishai Unger, 61, of Spring Valley following the single-vehicle crash between Exits 1 and 2 of the southbound Parkway at 1:45 p.m., Palisades Interstate Parkway Police Lt. Crash Reported On I-195 Jersey Shore There was a crash reported on Interstate 195 in Ocean County, authorities said. The crash was reported at about 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15 on I-195 eastbound west of Exit 21 in Jackson Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Emergency crews responded to the crash scene near 977 Route 57 in Mansfield Township shortly before 10:30 a.m., according to initial and unconfirmed reports. At least one victim required CPR, the report says. The diversion team was also called to the scene to shut down the roadway following the crash.
