ID Of Firefighter, 45, Killed In Virginia Home Explosion Released
A 45-year-old firefighter was killed in a Loudoun County home explosion, officials said. Trevor Brown, of the Sterling Volunteer Fire Company, was killed in the Friday night, Feb. 16 blast in Sterling, Loudoun Fire & Rescue said. He has been affiliated with the LC-CFRS since 2016. A 500-gallon underground propane tank was found with a leak on the side of a home around 7:40 p.m., after homeowners on the 300 block of Silver Ridge Drive in Sterling placed a 9-1-1 call reporting an odor of gas, officials in Loudoun County said. Monmouth County Hazmat Team Responds To Propane Leak: Developing
Firefighters and a Monmouth County hazardous materials team were called to a serious crash in Central Jersey, according to developing and unconfirmed reports. The crash occurred about 1 p.m. Wednesday at South Street and South Holmdel Road in Holmdel, initial reports said. There was a leak in a 100-gallon propane tank as well as a hydraulic fluid spill, according to an unconfirmed report. Holmdel police were not immediately available for comment. CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES

2 Airlifted In South Jersey Home Explosion, 4 Dogs Missing
Two women were airlifted to area hospitals and at least four dogs were missing following an explosion in Vineland Wednesday, multiple news outlets were reporting. Police rescued one person from the rubble while the other walked out of the Cornucopia Avenue home her own around 12:30 p.m., abc6 reports.
