Smith announced on Saturday, Sept. 13. The victims were 52-year-old Jeffrey Patmore of Terrace, British Columbia, and 40-year-old Michael S. Higgins of Haddon Township, New Jersey, Smith said. Manheim Township Police were called area the scene of the crash just after 2:30 p.m., say police. The single-vehicle crash into a utility pole, pulled down wires-- which fell on to the truck.
