Troy Girl, 17, Has Been Missing For 3 Days
Authorities are asking for help in locating a missing teenager from the Capital Region. Desiree Arvelo, 17, of Troy, was last seen on Monday, Jan. 20, according to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse. She was last seen wearing a pink puffy coat and is believed to be in the local area, officials said. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-346-3543.
