Update: The subject of this report has been located safely, Upper Chichester police said Thursday evening, April 25. Authorities are searching for missing 77-year-old Paul Desmki of Ridley. Police said they found Demski's car parked at Immaculate Heart Cemetery, 1701 Market Street, but can't locate him. Anyone with information is asked to call Upper Chichester Police or dial 911.
