Woman Found Dead At Long Island Beach The body of a woman was recovered in the water off the coast of Long Island. Click here for the updated story: New Information: Woman Found Dead Off Long Beach Drowned, Police Say On Tuesday, Sept. 5 at approximately 6:24 a.m., Nassau County Police reported to the Lincoln Beach area of Long Beach after a call about a body in the water. They shortly discovered and recovered the 37-year-old woman’s body. She was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. Her identity and cause of death have not been released. Man Shot Dead Inside Boston Barber Shop Authorities are investigating after a man was fatally shot inside a barber shop in Boston.  Police responded to a call of a person shot at 145 Washington Street in Dorchester around 7:17 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26, Boston Police report. Body Found In Naugatuck River Police have pulled a body from the Naugatuck River in Connecticut. The discovery was made around 3:40 p.m. on Tuesday, July 27, when a hiker reported what looked like a human body in the water, said the Naugatuck Police. Emergency personnel located the body in New Haven County in the area of Platts Mill Road and Radnor Avenue and confirmed the person was dead.
