This story has been updated. A stretch of a busy main route in Northern Westchester is now open after a trailer separated from a truck and hit a retaining wall, police said. Route 6/202 (Goat Trail) between Route 9D and Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt is now open following a crash on Monday afternoon, April 29, according to Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police. A White Plains woman has been charged with DWI after police say she swerved over the double-yellow line while driving on Route 202.
