Seen him? An alert has been issued by police on Long Island as they seek the public’s assistance in locating a 66-year-old man who has been reported missing from a group home. According to Nassau County Police detectives, Niel Newman, age 66, was last seen leaving the Rosewood Residential Group Home on Bayville Avenue in Bayville at 6:10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 28 on a surveillance camera.
